The Select Committee on the Modernization of Congress is partnering with Connecting to Congress to hold a special, invite-only online Deliberative Town Hall with a representative cross-section of citizens. The topic for the Deliberative Town Hall will be how to make Congress work better for the American people.

In order to receive an invitation to the town hall, we ask that you take the brief survey above, for which you will receive a $10 online gift card. If you are selected for the online town hall, you will then receive an invitation containing a Zoom link for the event as well as a link to some brief background materials on the topic. If you attend the town hall and complete the post-survey we will send right after the town hall, you will receive an additional $25 added to your online gift card. This funding comes from C2C research funds and is only to compensate you for your contribution to our research.

Our goal for these Deliberative Town Halls is to help elected officials hear from not just the loudest and most powerful voices in the conversation, but a representative cross-section of their constituents, so they can make better laws and policy. We hope you will participate!
